Listen, I know where you\’re coming from, because I fought with weight loss for years. You wouldn\’t have come here if it didn\’t bother you as well. People laughed at me, joked about me, and embarrassed me. They made me cry. While I suffered, they were going around shopping in the petite section, wearing great clothes, and driving tiny little sports cars. They bump into you in aisles, and the worst is going into a nice restaurant.

I searched and searched. I tried this diet and that one. I needed the answer, the solution. When nothing else was working, not low fat, low carb, no sugar, all lettuce, or whatever fad I was chasing, I was getting desperate. I needed my easy diet plan. I know I can do the weight loss thing and be successful this time. I just needed the solution to get out of the rut. And I knew I would find it. Because I had hope.

3500 calories is one pound of fat. I counted calories. I weighed my portions and tallied my points. I did Hoodia and MUFA. And kept searching. There are so many diets. South Beach. Oprah. Jarrod. Dr Atkis,. Jenny Craig. Nutrisystems. Weight Watchers. Heck, even Oprah and Jarrod lost weight and then put weight back on. I can claim to have done that too. But what about how food is supposed to taste? It needs flavor, and that\’s what all of the easy diet plans want you to give up. I mean, what about a milkshake, a nice thick chocolate milkshake?

So yes, I have felt the same pain that brought you here. I have been humiliated. I have been the joke. You know how I hated it. I told myself to put an end to it. We have faced the same problems and come to the same conclusion. Change it. After, I don\’t know, hundreds of diets, I found about a fast weight loss program that I have been able to work with. This is my solution!! Finally, this is the diet plan for me. Now it\’s your turn. You must find yours. The diet plan and weight loss tips are just perfect for me. Really.
